Vehicle Collision

If you have been in a car accident, then you know that all those nice people seen in insurance company commercials do not work in the claim’s department. There is little more frustrating than trying to negotiate your own insurance claim after being injured due to the negligence of another. After an accident, you should be focused on getting better, not bickering with a callous insurance adjuster over whether it was reasonable for your doctor to order an MRI or X-ray.

The role of a lawyer in such a case is to add value to the client’s claim; to ensure that the client receives fair compensation for his/her injuries, including medical bills, lost hours at work, property damage, pain, inconvenience, and reduced enjoyment of life. There are “PI mills” out there in which a client will rarely, if ever, actually speak with the lawyer. Cases are not given much personalized attention as the law firm simply looks for a quick settlement in order to maximize its profits. It truly becomes a numbers game and the client suffers as a result.

Speckman Law Firm does not practice this way. Each client’s case is given special care and attention to ensure that the client receives the maximum amount reasonable available. Attorney David Speckman personally works on each case, meeting with the client, communicating with medical providers, and negotiating with the insurance company. We never loose sight of why we were retained – to maximize our client’s recovery, not the law firm’s profits. As our client, we work for you and we will fight for the recovery you deserve. And, of course, if we do not win your case, we do not get paid.
